Masa Damidi

My name is Masa and I live in Nablus. I studied English Literature and was a very successful English teacher for two years before I chose art and became self-employed because my passion for art was stronger. My motto is, "I fight evil with beauty."

My artistic journey started in childhood with a sketchbook and many colored pencils, where I would lose myself in the creative process for hours. I began creating imaginary paintings, focusing on portraying women in all my artworks, along with Palestinian heritage and our original identity in the clothing our grandmothers used to wear. During COVID-19, I expanded my art into an entrepreneurial project by printing my paintings on environmentally friendly materials and items.
